These terms govern access to Digital-Gen Commerce and its website, store and app-building services.
Workspace access
Users must protect their credentials and may access only businesses and stores assigned to them. Attempts to access another tenant, misuse integrations or bypass safeguards are prohibited.
Services and subscriptions
Features depend on the selected self-service or managed plan. Fees, renewal dates, included work and third-party charges are confirmed in the applicable proposal or order.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for lawful products, accurate content, customer service, tax, fulfilment and maintaining approved payment and messaging accounts.
Third-party services
Payment, messaging, advertising and domain providers operate under their own terms. Digital-Gen connects only services approved and configured for the merchant.
Availability and liability
We use reasonable care to keep the platform secure and available. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses arising from our proven breach and to fees paid for the affected service period.
