Account identity, assigned business workspace, catalogue and order records, support messages, operational security logs and configuration details supplied by authorised users.
Why we process it
To provide the platform, protect tenant boundaries, fulfil contracts, prevent abuse, support merchants and customers, and meet South African legal obligations.
Sharing and operators
Data is shared only with authorised store members and contracted service providers needed for hosting, payments, messaging or analytics. Each integration remains scoped to the relevant merchant.
Retention and security
Records are kept only while required for service delivery, legitimate business records or law. Access is authenticated, authorised server-side and separated by store.
